• Please arrive with already washed, dried hair. We prefer the night before if possible.

• Please fill out the touchless screening form above within 24 hours of your appointment.

• All team members will be temperature tested at the beginning of each trial, they will all be wearing masks adhering to and following new sanitation guidelines we have implemented such as wearing gloves and using sanitation wipes and sprays on our work surfaces.

• We are only allowing five guests in the bridal suite at one time. That means only 2 team members and 2 Bride’s will be allowed in the salon at any time. 

• We are asking that no additional people come in with you during this time (unless absolutely needed for physical needs)

• We won't be accepting cash payments in the salon, please be prepared to pay via Venmo to your stylist. 

• Every station will be cleaned and disinfected before the next service, so we request you please come on time as we cannot facilitate late guests during this time.

• We will be keeping the salon cool due to clients needing to be masked, so please bring a sweater if you get cold easily.

How your appointment will change

​

1. All guests will be required to wear & bring their own face mask in order to enter the studio. 

2. We will ask you to text the stylist(s) to let us know when you have arrived, at this point we will check you in. 

3. We ask for you to stay in the hallway until we come out to get you. 

4. We are asking that you come on time for appointments, due to cleaning we cannot accommodate late guests.

5. We will request you come to the door wearing your face mask. If you forget your mask, you may purchase one for $1. 

6. We will have someone to open the door for you, take your forehead temperature touchlessly. Please use the sanitizing station before entering.

7. Please fill out the online COVID-19 Screening Form prior to your appointment. If you don't have internet access, please bring a pen and we will bring the sheet to you.

8. You must have a mask on to enter the studio.

9. We have gloves for our team, you can request your stylist wear them at any point during your service.

To comply with social distancing requirements, we are only allowing 2 Bride’s at a time into the studio. That means only 2 stylists will be in the salon at any time.

​

We are in the process of acquiring masks, touchless thermometers, sanitation wipes, additional gloves, cleaning/sanitizing supplies.

 

It will be a different experience in how the studio operates moving forward, starting with a text system for checking in. We ask that you to text your stylist to let us know when you have arrived, at this point we will check you in and ask for you to stay in the hallway until we text you saying your spot is now available. This will allow time for the previous bride to vacate the salon and give your stylist a moment to sanitize the station.

We are asking that you come on time for appointments as we will be allowing cleaning time between appointments but we can’t afford the time to be waiting as we will be working diligently to keep appointments moving forward in a safe manner, to accommodate everyone's needs.

We are asking that no additional people come in with you such as a bridal party member or mom (unless absolutely needed for physical needs) as we are limited on the amount of people that can be within our studio. There is a waiting area in the hall should someone come with you, they will be asked to wait outside.

We appreciate your patience with us as we start to navigate this new journey together. We do ask that if you have been sick or have been around someone that has been sick to not come into the studio for the 14 day period after exposure, or for 14 days of being fever free.
